Why Shanghai Welcome
Not a platform. A team that stays with you.
Every Shanghai Welcome journey is led by our own full-time, Shanghai-based guides. We never outsource your day to a stranger or resell freelance listings. Alongside your guide, a dedicated travel butler looks after the whole experience — before, during and after — so the person who plans your morning is accountable all the way to your return home.
Our own guides, never outsourced
Licensed, English-speaking locals we trained ourselves — not anonymous freelancers pulled from a marketplace.
A dedicated travel butler
One point of contact who handles pre-trip planning, on-the-day coordination and after-care, so nothing falls between the cracks.
One accountable team
From first enquiry to your return home, the same people plan, guide and follow up. No platform, no hand-offs, no surprises.
